We appreciate your understanding that some of the data are still under migration, and the complete list of your records will be available when the system is ready for soft launch in January 2025. After the system launch, you will be able to edit/update the information directly in IRIS.

- At this stage, the research output list on IRIS reflects a snapshot of CUHK research output records from AIMS as of September 12, 2024. Any records/amendments created in AIMS after this date will be migrated to IRIS in the coming months. Please note that some data is still undergoing migration, and the complete list of your research outputs from AIMS will be available when the system officially goes live in January 2025.
- The project list shown in the IRIS public portal is a sub-set of projects, which are classified as “Publicly Visible”. Projects related to contract research, internal grants, some non-RGC grants and other grants not processed by ORKTS are classified as “Confidential” and will not be shown in IRIS public portal. The complete list will be available in IRIS backend when the system goes live. The project list is from AIMS, as of September 12, 2024. Please note that any records created in AIMS after this date will not be included in IRIS at the Pilot launch stage.
- The “Professional & Knowledge Transfer Activities” list shown in the IRIS public portal is a sub-set of (i)“Research & Scholarship” activities retrieved from SPUS and (ii) knowledge transfer activity records retrieved from ORKTS databases, which are classified as “Publicly Visible”. Some activity types are classified as “Confidential” and will not be shown in the IRIS public portal. At this stage, the activity list in IRIS reflects a snapshot of records retrieved from SPUS and ORKTS databases in September 2024. Please note that any records created in SPUS after this point will not be included in IRIS at the Pilot Launch stage. When the system goes live in January 2025, you will be able to view the complete list of records in the IRIS backend.
- The “Prizes/Honours” list shown in the IRIS public portal is based on data retrieved from SPUS in September 2024.
