Adding Content – Awards

Award data are now gathered from the Project database in Academic Information Management System (AIMS). ORKTS administrators create projects for each successful application processed by ORKTS in AIMS for PI to supplement awards/project information. For transferred-in and direct grant projects, or projects not processed by ORKTS, please inform the academic staff to add award/project information in AIMS by referring to the guide below.

If academic staff have awards that cannot be added to AIMS, please inform him/her to contact AIMS Support Team with details of the award. If he/she is not the PI on the award, please inform him/her to contact PI first.
