Adding Content – Projects

Project data are now gathered from the Project database in Academic Information Management System (AIMS). ORKTS administrators create projects for each successful application processed by ORKTS in AIMS for PI to supplement awards/project information. For transferred-in and direct grant projects, or projects not processed by ORKTS, please refer to the guide below to add award/project information in AIMS.

If academic staff have projects that cannot be added to AIMS, please inform him/her to contact AIMS Support Team with details of the project. If he/she is not the PI of the project, please inform him/her to contact PI first.
